1.Product Core
Reinforced Corrugated Graphite Tape is a high-performance composite material, which takes high-purity flake graphite (purity ≥ 99.9%) as the base material, and is compounded with high-strength reinforcing layers (such as glass fiber cloth, nickel foil, or stainless steel mesh) through rolling, corrugated forming, and high-temperature bonding. Its core value lies in "retaining the excellent thermal conductivity and sealing performance of graphite while significantly improving mechanical strength and anti-tearing ability", solving the pain points of traditional corrugated graphite tape such as low tensile strength and easy damage under high pressure/vibration, and suitable for harsh working conditions like high-pressure sealing and heavy-duty thermal conduction.

3.Core Features
Superior Mechanical Strength
The embedded reinforcing layer enhances the product's tensile strength to ≥ 25 MPa (30% higher than ordinary corrugated graphite tape) and tear resistance to ≥ 8 kN/m, effectively preventing cracking or deformation during installation and long-term use, and adapting to high-pressure working environments (up to 10 MPa).
Outstanding Thermal Conductivity & Sealing Stability
Reinforced Corrugated Graphite Tape maintains graphite's excellent thermal performance: longitudinal thermal conductivity 140-280 W/(m·K), transverse thermal conductivity 45-95 W/(m·K); the corrugated structure ensures a compression rate of 18%-45% (under 3 MPa) and rebound rate ≥ 82%, which can stably maintain sealing contact and thermal conduction efficiency even under alternating temperature and pressure.
Wide Temperature Resistance & Corrosion Resistance
It can work stably in the temperature range of -200℃~650℃ (inert environment) and -160℃~480℃ (air environment); it is resistant to most acids (concentration ≤ 35% HCl, ≤ 40% H₂SO₄), alkalis (concentration ≤ 25% NaOH), and organic solvents (methanol, ethylene glycol, etc.), and is not easy to be corroded and degraded in chemical industrial environments.
Structural Stability & Easy Processing
The reinforcing layer and graphite base material are tightly bonded (adhesion strength ≥ 1.2 N/mm), without delamination; it can be cut into any size (width 8-1200 mm, thickness 0.2-6.0 mm) according to needs, and supports stamping into special-shaped parts to fit irregular sealing/thermal conduction interfaces (such as flange grooves, battery pack gaps).
