Q1: What is graphite paper? What's the difference between natural and synthetic?
A: Graphite paper (or flexible graphite sheet) is made from expanded natural flake graphite. Natural graphite paper offers better flexibility and cost-effectiveness for sealing, while synthetic graphite paper provides higher thermal conductivity (500-1500 W/m·K) for high-end electronics cooling. We supply both.
Q2: What are the standard and custom thickness ranges?
A: Standard thickness ranges from 0.03mm to 3.0mm. We specialize in ultra-thin graphite paper (0.03mm-0.1mm) for mobile devices and thick sheets (up to 3mm) for industrial gaskets. Custom thickness is available.
Q3: Can it be used for both thermal management and sealing?
A: Yes. High-purity grades (99.9%) are ideal for heat spreading in batteries/phones. Denser grades (1.6-1.8 g/cm³) with compressibility are perfect for high-temperature valve gaskets.
Q4: What is the maximum operating temperature?
A: In non-oxidizing atmospheres: up to 3000°C. In air (oxidizing): typically 400-600°C (long-term). For continuous high-temp use in air, anti-oxidation treatment is recommended.
Q5: Do you provide material certification (ROHS, REACH, MSDS)?
A: Yes, we provide full material traceability. We can supply ROHS/REACH compliance certificates and MSDS upon request. Our high-purity grades (99.9%+) meet strict EU and US standards.

Q6: Do you offer custom cutting and OEM services?
A: Yes, we are a factory specializing in OEM. We can provide rolls, sheets, or die-cut parts based on your CAD/DXF drawings. Custom lamination (e.g., with adhesive tape or metal foil) is also available.

Q8: Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Q11: How do you package graphite paper to prevent damage?
A: We use moisture-proof vacuum packing + rigid cartons/wooden cases. Rolls are core-supported to avoid deformation. We guarantee safe arrival.
Q12: Can I get free samples for testing?
A: Yes. We offer free samples of standard grades (you pay shipping). For custom samples, a nominal fee may apply, which can be deducted from future bulk orders.
Q13: What are the lead times?
A: Samples: 3-5 days. Bulk orders: 7-30 days depending on complexity. Urgent orders are negotiable.
Q14: What if the goods are damaged or don't meet specs upon arrival?
A: We conduct 100% inspection before shipment (photos/videos available). In the rare case of non-conformance, we require a clear photo/video report and will replace the defective batch or refund as per our quality guarantee policy.
