Structure and materials

 

High strength graphite-reinforced plates typically feature an inner reinforcement layer made of materials such as SS304, SS316L, carbon steel, or tinplate, with thickness ranging from 0.05 to 0.2 millimeters. The outer layer consists of pure graphite paper, which is tightly bonded to the inner metal plate through a composite roller pressing process. This unique structure endows the high-strength graphite-reinforced plates with distinctive performance characteristics.
