Product Introduction
Graphite paper is produced by chemically treating high-carbon flake graphite, followed by high-temperature expansion and rolling. It serves as the base material for manufacturing various graphite sealing components. It is widely used for dynamic and static sealing of machinery, pipes, pumps and valves in industries including power, petroleum, chemical engineering, instrumentation, machinery and diamond processing, and is an ideal new sealing material to replace traditional seals such as rubber, fluoroplastics and asbestos.
With the accelerated upgrading of electronic products and the growing demand for thermal management in miniaturized, highly integrated and high-performance electronic devices, brand-new heat dissipation technologies for electronic products have been introduced, namely innovative graphite-based thermal management solutions. This novel natural graphite solution leverages the high heat dissipation efficiency, small space occupation and light weight of graphite paper. It conducts heat uniformly in two directions and eliminates "hotspot" areas, shielding heat sources from components while improving the performance of consumer electronic products.

Product Advantages
Flexible Graphite Roll has super high thermal and electrical conductivity - it's really impressive! Its electrical conductivity is 4 times higher than stainless steel, 2 times higher than carbon steel, and 100 times higher than ordinary non-metallic materials.
When it comes to heat conduction, it outperforms copper, iron, lead and other metals. What's even cooler is that its thermal conductivity drops as temperature goes up, which is totally different from regular metals. At super high temps, graphite basically acts as an insulator. Performance Highlights:
Awesome heat and cold resistance.:Flexible Graphite Roll stays almost the same from an ultra-low temp of -270°C all the way up to 3650°C (in non-oxidizing gas). It even works well in air up to about 450°C!
Great chemical corrosion resistance.:High-purity flexible graphite stands up to nearly all inorganic and organic chemicals. It only gets affected by strong oxidizers like aqua regia, concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, high-temperature dichromate, potassium permanganate, and ferric chloride.
Fantastic self-lubricating ability:The layers in flexible graphite slide easily under force, so it's super slippery, reduces wear, and has a low friction coefficient.
High rebound rate:If shafts or sleeves have runout from eccentricity during production or installation, this stuff flexes perfectly. Even if the graphite cracks a little, it still seals tight and stops leaks like a champ.
Expanded graphite gaskets are easy and economical:They don't need perfect flange surfaces, work well with low pre-tightening force, cut like a dream, and are super cost-effective!
