1. Product Core

Sealing Graphite Tape takes high-purity expanded graphite as its core substrate, reinforced with high-strength metal layers (e.g., stainless steel mesh, nickel mesh), and is manufactured via specialized compression and molding processes. Its core positioning is a high-efficiency sealing solution for high-temperature industrial scenarios-it can deliver "zero-leakage" sealing performance at key sealing components such as boiler furnaces, flues, and steam drums.

Meanwhile, it features outstanding temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and deformation adaptability, effectively addressing the drawbacks of traditional sealing materials (including asbestos and conventional rubber) that are prone to aging and sealing failure under high temperatures.

Superior High-Temperature Stability

The long-term operating temperature range spans from -200℃ to 600℃. Even in an inert gas environment, it can withstand instantaneous high temperatures exceeding 800℃ without softening, carbonization, or decomposition. This allows stable adaptation to temperature fluctuations during boiler startup, shutdown, and normal operation.

Excellent Sealing & Adhesion

The graphite substrate boasts inherent flexibility and plasticity, with a compression rebound rate of ≥35%. It can tightly conform to irregularities on the sealing surface (e.g., minor scratches, surface variations of ≤0.5mm) without requiring additional adhesives, forming a reliable sealing barrier. This enhances installation efficiency by 40%.

Broad-Spectrum Corrosion Resistance

Sealing Graphite Tape exhibits excellent resistance to common media encountered in boiler operations, including steam, high-temperature flue gas, weakly acidic condensate, and boiler feedwater. It resists dissolution, swelling, or corrosive degradation, with a service life of 3–5 years-compared to just 1–2 years for traditional asbestos tape.

High-Strength Tear-Resistant Structure

The metal reinforcement layer is integrated with the graphite substrate via molecular bonding technology, achieving a transverse tensile strength of ≥15MPa and a longitudinal tensile strength of ≥12MPa. It resists breakage during installation and under operational vibrations (amplitude ≤0.3mm), preventing sealing failure due to material damage.
