Excellent Sealing & Adhesion
The graphite substrate boasts inherent flexibility and plasticity, with a compression rebound rate of ≥35%. It can tightly conform to irregularities on the sealing surface (e.g., minor scratches, surface variations of ≤0.5mm) without requiring additional adhesives, forming a reliable sealing barrier. This enhances installation efficiency by 40%.
Broad-Spectrum Corrosion Resistance
Sealing Graphite Tape exhibits excellent resistance to common media encountered in boiler operations, including steam, high-temperature flue gas, weakly acidic condensate, and boiler feedwater.
