1. Product Core

Reinforced Graphite Tape is a high-performance composite tape, made by compounding high-purity expandable graphite (carbon content ≥99%) with reinforcing substrates (glass fiber, metal foil, or synthetic fiber). It retains graphite's thermal conductivity, temperature resistance, and chemical inertness while solving the problem of poor tear resistance of ordinary graphite tape, suitable for high-pressure, dynamic, and high-strength demand scenarios.

2. Core Features

Enhanced Mechanical Strength: Tear resistance is 3–5 times that of ordinary graphite tape; tensile strength ≥8 MPa, not easy to break during installation or use, adapting to high-pressure sealing (up to 30 MPa).

Excellent Thermal & Chemical Performance: In-plane thermal conductivity 80–150 W/(m・K); 耐温 - 200~2800℃ (inert environment), 450℃ (air); resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, no corrosive impurities.

Good Flexibility & Sealing: Still bendable and fit irregular surfaces; compression ratio 15–40%, rebound rate ≥20%, effectively compensating for gaps and preventing leakage.

Stable Dimensionality: Reinforcing substrate inhibits graphite layer expansion, reducing thermal expansion coefficient by 20–30% compared to ordinary tape, ensuring stable size under temperature changes.

3. Application Fields

Petrochemical & Power: High-pressure pipeline flanges, valve seals, compressor dynamic seals (resisting high pressure and media corrosion).

Industrial Furnaces: Vacuum furnace, high-temperature furnace door seals (withstanding high temperature and preventing air leakage).

Electronics & New Energy: IGBT module heat dissipation pads (enhanced strength avoids damage); fuel cell bipolar plate seals (resisting reaction gas pressure).
