Sealing Graphite Tape is made of high-purity expanded graphite as the core substrate, supplemented by high-strength metal reinforcement layers (such as stainless steel mesh and nickel mesh), and processed through special pressing and forming processes. Its core positioning is "an efficient sealing solution for industrial high-temperature conditions", which can achieve "zero leakage" sealing effect in key sealing parts such as boiler furnaces, flues, and steam drums. At the same time, it has excellent temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and deformation adaptability, solving the pain points of traditional sealing materials (such as asbestos and ordinary rubber) that are prone to aging and sealing failure at high temperatures.

Super high temperature stability: Long-term use temperature range covers -200℃~600℃, can withstand instantaneous high temperatures above 800℃ in inert gas environment, without softening, carbonization or decomposition phenomenon, and can stably adapt to temperature fluctuations during boiler start-stop and normal operation;
Excellent sealing and adhesion: Graphite substrate has natural flexibility and plasticity, with a compression rebound rate of ≥35%. It can tightly adhere to irregular defects on the sealing surface (such as small scratches, concave-convex differences ≤0.5mm) without the need for additional glue to form an effective sealing barrier, and the installation convenience is improved by 40%;
Broad spectrum corrosion resistance: Sealing Graphite Tape has good tolerance to common media in boiler operation (such as steam, high-temperature flue gas, weakly acidic condensate water, boiler feedwater), does not undergo dissolution, swelling or corrosion reactions, and has a service life of 3-5 years (traditional asbestos tape has a service life of only 1-2 years);
High strength tear-resistant structure: The metal reinforcement layer is compounded with graphite substrate through molecular-level bonding technology, with a transverse tensile strength of ≥15MPa and a longitudinal tensile strength of ≥12MPa. It is not easy to break under installation and working vibration (amplitude ≤0.3mm), avoiding sealing failure caused by material damage;
